HeartBeat 5000 2014 Update

The 2014 HeartBeat 5000 walk was held June 21st. It was a beautiful day with a light breeze, perfect for the event. The walk raises money for the Children’s Hospital and the work they do with children born with Congenital Heart Defects/Disease (CHD).

Team Lola raised over $2,000 this year and had 35 participants sign up. Lola Johnson is the daughter of T. Ryan Johnson, Landmark Bank’s Vice President/CFO. Lola was born with a heart defect and was saved by Children’s Hospital just a few short years ago.
